**For orders within the US**

You have 30 days from your delivery date to start an exchange. Online orders can be exchanged through our portal [here](https://www.thereformation.com/order-status?isReturnExchange=true) or at any store location, while in-store purchases must be exchanged at a store location. Items can only be exchanged once for a different size or color of the same style.

Your exchange ships as soon as possible. Please return your original item within 30 days of delivery to avoid being charged. Please use our pre-paid return labels to return your item; we cannot be held responsible for lost packages sent using a method other than our return labels. There is no fee for in-store returns, Instant RefCredit refunds, exchanges, or Friends with Benefits loyalty program members who keep at least one item from their order.

We’re sorry, but we do not offer automatic exchanges for orders outside the U.S. at this time. If you want a different item or size, please return the original item [here](https://www.thereformation.com/order-status?isReturnExchange=true) and place another order for the new item.
