Items marked as Final Sale and purchased online can be returned in accordance with your local EEA, EU, UK, and Monaco consumer rights. The withdrawal/cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods (or the last good in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately).

  

To initiate a return under EU or UK law, you must either notify [Customer Love](https://reformation.kustomer.help/en_us/contact/contact-us-Syi6jHagA) or send us the completed [model withdrawal form](https://media.thereformation.com/image/upload/v1670020324/Digital%20Product/Reformation%20Model%20Cancellation%20Form.pdf). Once we receive your notification or form, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item after receiving the label. Please note, that once 14 days from the last delivery date have passed, items marked as Final Sale are no longer eligible for return. Final sale items purchased in-store within these regions are non-returnable at checkout.
