Yes! To return your order to a Reformation store location, please follow the instructions below:

1.  Locate your nearest Ref store. You can view our store locations [here](https://www.thereformation.com/stores.html). 
2.  Have your order number or email address used to place your order available. 
    1.  You can find your order number on your order or shipping confirmation emails. If you can’t locate your order number, [contact](https://reformation.kustomer.help/en_us/contact/contact-us-Syi6jHagA) Customer Love. 
3.  Bring your items in-store and complete your return. 
4.  You’ll receive a return confirmation email once your return has been processed. 

Returns must be returned to a store location within the same country where they were originally purchased within 30 days after the delivery date. Returns are not accepted 30 days beyond the delivery date. If your order is shipped in more than one shipment, each shipment will have a return window based on its delivery date.   
  
We accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your refund to be posted by your bank. There is no return shipping fee for orders returned in-store. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.\*  
  
For online and in-store returns please note that all apothecary, lingerie, hosiery, vintage, and final sale items are final sale. We do not accept shoe returns if there is significant damage to the shoe box. If your garment, handbag, or jewelry arrives in a garment bag or dust bag, it must be returned inside the bag to be eligible for a refund. Reformation monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
