If you were gifted Reformation but it isn't what you had in mind, you can return your item in-store or online for store credit. For online gift returns, please [contact](https://help.thereformation.com/en_us/contact/contact-us-HJbQdfdHj) our Customer Love team.  
  
We are unable to process any returns or exchanges without an order number, so make sure to have the gifter’s email address, first and last name, or shipping address on hand for our associates to locate. Once we've located the original order, we'll take it from there!
