# How do I return my Eurozone order?

To initiate a return, follow the instructions below. Make sure to have your return dropped off at the carrier listed on your return label within 30 days from when you receive your order to avoid being charged and/or to receive your refund. Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels. Additionally, you will receive a refund for duties and taxes that are paid separately at checkout. Pick-ups are not included in this service.

Return Online  
To return your order online, please follow the instructions below:

1.  Log into your [Ref account](https://www.thereformation.com/order-status?rurl=1) or create one using the email associated with your order, and head to the [Returns & Exchanges](https://www.thereformation.com/order-status?isReturnExchange=true) page.
    
    1.  Please note, that you’ll need a Ref account to start a return. You can create a password [here](https://www.thereformation.com/order-status?rurl=1) if you checked out as a Guest.
        
2.  Choose the order you want to start a return for and press ‘Start a return’
    
    1.  If you are outside of the return window, you will not see an option to start a return.
        
3.  Select Return for the item(s) you want to return.
    
4.  Review your return and submit it.
    
5.  Print your label and attach it to the mailer. You may receive further return instructions on your return note. If so, please follow the instructions on the printout you receive. 
    
6.  Drop off your return to the courier on the label.
    

  
Returns from the Eurozone are subject to a €7.00 return shipping fee. A return shipping fee applies to all returned orders, with one fee per order. There is no fee for in-store returns, Instant RefCredit refunds, exchanges, or Friends with Benefits loyalty program members who keep at least one item from their order.  
  
Please note that it may take up to 3-4 business days to process your return once received. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your refund to be posted by your bank.

Eurozone countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain
