You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by following these steps:

1\. Go to the [Order Lookup](https://www.thereformation.com/order-status?isLookup=true) page and input your email address and order number.

1.  If you’re logged into your Ref Account, select the order you wish to cancel. 
    

2\. Select ‘Cancel Order’

1.  If you are outside of the 30-minute cancellation window, the option to cancel your order will not be available.
    

3\. Confirm your cancellation. Once your order has been canceled, you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly!

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date you receive your order. Please note, once 14 days from the delivery date have passed, items marked as Final Sale are no longer eligible for return.
