****What is Reformation in-store pickup and how does it work?****

In-store pickup is a contactless pickup option to help you get your stuff quicker. Check online to see if an item is available at an open Ref store near you. Buy online or call a store directly to place an order and then pick it up at the store. It'll be ready for pickup within 1 business day, and we'll send you an email and text message letting you know when to stop by. In-store pickup is only offered at select US locations right now; please check our [stores](https://www.thereformation.com/stores.html) page for more info.

  

****How do I purchase in-store products online?****

Select 'Pick it up in store for free' on each product page to see if Ref items are available at a store near you.

  

****Can I do curbside pickup instead of in-store?****

We don't offer curbside pickup right now but check the [stores](https://www.thereformation.com/stores.html) page for any updates.

  

****How long will a store hold my order for pick up? What happens if I am unable to pick up my order in time OR I do not pick up my order?****

You will have 4 days from the day you receive email notification that your order is ready to pick up your order. Orders that are not picked up within 4 days will be canceled and refunded to the original method of payment. **How do I return an in-store pickup order?**

In-store pickup orders must be returned to a store location within the same country where they were originally purchased. To return your in-store purchase to a Reformation store location, please follow the instructions below:

1.  Locate your nearest Ref store. You can view our store locations [here](https://www.thereformation.com/stores.html). 
    
2.  Have your order number or email address used to place your order available. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email. If you can’t locate your order number, [contact](https://reformation.kustomer.help/en_us/contact/contact-us-Syi6jHagA) Customer Love. 
    
3.  Bring your items in-store and complete your return. 
    
4.  You’ll receive a return confirmation email once your return has been processed. 
    

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase unless stated otherwise. Once your return has been processed, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be posted by your bank.  
  
For in-store purchases, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a refund back to the original form of payment. You have 30 days from when you purchased your items to return them to the store. Returns are not accepted 30 days beyond the purchase date. Reformation monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
