We are making it easier for our clothes to fit you just right. Members of our loyalty program, Friends with Benefits, get their Ref clothes\* hemmed for free. This service covers length and sleeve hemming and strap adjustments on Ref clothes. Unfortunately, we can't do hemming on bridal dresses. Sorry. 

This service is only available in U.S. stores (excluding pop-ups and outlets). Please note that qualifying items must be purchased from a Reformation store or [reformation.com](http://reformation.com) directly.  
  
  
**1\. Book an appointment to visit one of our participating** [**stores**](https://www.thereformation.com/stores.html)**.  
**To get started, select your local Ref store and book an appointment. Then, let a member of our store team know you’d like to hem one of your Ref garments. Just make sure you have your original Reformation email receipt or order number available.  
  

**2\. Our store team will take it from there.**  
You’ll try on your garments and the store team will note your measurements. They will also ask you for your preferred shipping address to send your garment(s) once completed. _Completed garments can also be sent back to a Reformation store._

Our store team will take care of sending your garment(s) out to be hemmed.  
  

**3\. Wear it forever.**  
You’ll get your stuff back within 2-3 weeks. Go out there and get complimented.

Free hemming and repairs are reserved for our Friends with Benefits. If you are not part of our loyalty program but still want to use our hemming service, we charge a flat fee of $25 USD that will be charged at the time of your appointment.

Exclusions include leather, sequins, loom knits, vintage, and other unique finishings. Final-sale merchandise purchased during sale periods is not eligible for hemming. Service available in all U.S. stores with the exception of pop-ups and outlet stores._
