To view the status of your return, go to the [Order Lookup](https://www.thereformation.com/order-status?isLookup=true) page, enter your email and order number (or select the order from your Ref Account if logged in), then click 'Returns' on the Order Detail page to view your return status. Your return status will show one of the following:  
  

Return started 

A return has been initiated, and your label has been created.  
  

Return in transit 

Your return has been scanned by the carrier and is en route to us.  
  

Return received

Your return has been delivered to our warehouse. Please allow 3-4 days for our team to process your return once it has been received.   
  

Return complete 

Your return is complete, and your refund has been processed for the item(s) shown. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.  
  
Return sent back 

One or more items in your return were not accepted because they did not meet our return policy requirements. You can review our return policy [here](https://help.thereformation.com/en_us/what-is-your-return-policy-ry51JfnSh).

  

Return canceled

Your item(s) have passed the return window, and are no longer eligible for return.
