# When will my pre-order item ship?

When your pre-order item arrives at our warehouse, we will ship it within two business days. We try our best to present the most accurate expected ship date for each pre-order item, which is displayed on the product, order, cart, and checkout pages. However, pre-order expected ship dates are subject to change.  
  
Pre-orders are eligible for standard shipping only. We currently do not offer expedited or express shipping options for these items.  
  
You’ll receive updates on your pre-order, including order confirmation, a change in expected ship date (if necessary), and shipping confirmation to the email associated with the order.
